Saturday 9:00 a.m. to noon
3 to 5 Miles, Moderate Pace
Travel by foot through more than 150 years of transportation history in our crossroads town. This new walk around downtown Sebastopol and the Laguna de Santa Rosa explores the many ways people have traveled to and around Sebastopol, including Luther Burbank on his bike, students riding the P&SR cars to school and the barnstormers in Curtiss JN-4 “Jenny” biplanes at Cnopius Field.
Meet at The Plaza at 9 AM, depart at 9:15 AM. We’ll return to the Plaza by noon. Bring sunscreen, a hat, comfortable shoes, a snack and water.
Leader: Geoffrey Skinner
